Consuming an extreme, acute load of saturated fat, such as drinking 500ml of ghee (roughly 4,500 calories and 500 grams of pure fat), completely overwhelms the body's digestive and metabolic limits.

Fat ingestion stimulates the release of cholecystokinin (CCK), a hormone that heavily delays stomach emptying. A 500ml load stalls the stomach completely, leading to profound nausea, severe bloating, and highly probable forceful vomiting.

The massive spike in CCK forces the gallbladder into aggressive, sustained contractions to pump out bile. If a person has previously silent, asymptomatic gallstones, this violent squeezing can dislodge stones into the biliary ducts, precipitating excruciating biliary colic or acute cholecystitis.

The liver and pancreas cannot acutely secrete enough bile salts or lipase enzymes to emulsify and break down half a liter of pure fat in one sitting. The large volume of undigested fat passes directly into the large intestine, resulting in explosive, foul-smelling, greasy diarrhea (acute steatorrhea).

The fraction of fat that does successfully absorb enters the bloodstream, causing an extreme, rapid spike in serum triglycerides. Massive hypertriglyceridemia can obstruct the tiny blood vessels in the pancreas or cause a localized release of toxic free fatty acids, potentially triggering acute, life-threatening pancreatitis.

A sudden, massive saturated fat load temporarily impairs the inner lining of the blood vessels (the endothelium). This restricts the availability of nitric oxide, temporarily preventing normal blood vessel dilation and acutely elevating systemic inflammatory markers in the blood.

The liver is forced into overdrive to clear the massive influx of circulating fat remnants from the bloodstream. While a single event rarely causes permanent structural liver damage in a healthy person, it severely disrupts normal liver lipid metabolism and insulin sensitivity for 24 to 48 hours.

Basically, don't torture your body like this.
