@OrbitzCareTeam why does your site state reservations are fully refundable but when I cancel before spec date- @InterConHotels still charges. Now hotel says @Orbitz problem & #orbitz blames “pay later” option. Nothing on site/policies mentions that when booking “pay later” option

@WalidChalhoub1 @OrbitzCareTeam @InterConHotels @Orbitz This is ridiculous. @Orbitz needs to change their policies and be upfront with its consumers and real cancellation policies per hotel instead of #falseadvertising and then blaming hotels or their customers.

Hours of my life I can’t get back dealing w/ @BestBuySupport @BestBuy #CustomerServicez And still not resolved. Their response, “we need to escalate and get back to you in 96hrs and your service plan that you purchased may not be honored even though it’s paid for.” Okaaay? #wtf

So I wait on the phone, again. The #CustomerService #billing dept @BestBuy then says, “this isn’t my problem. I need to send you to primary support. Pls hold again.” By this time it’s been over 30min or being on hold etc. #livetweet

So then @BestBuy guy finds my order based on the receipt I gave. And then says that order also doesn’t exist or has been cancelled as well. Me: but I still have a fridge and you still have my money. He says: yeah, I need to send your call to billing (cont)
