@fffgbrlll @Biscuit_Base @LuftkoppTim @TechHome100 Yeah, for me it depends on what I am taking a photo of. But the need of actually snapping a photo with your laptop is usually very low anyway so I don't anticipate getting rear facing cameras on most of them any time soon...

@fffgbrlll @Biscuit_Base @LuftkoppTim @TechHome100 Windows has the same feature but if your phone is on the other side of the house you should be able to snap a photo. I don't think it is an engineering issue of thickness, I think it is more aesthetics and cost savings at play.

Actually... lol, of course Macbooks have good screens compared to most alternatives. I think you just caught me in a bored mood (sorry).

The OS is relative to a person's preferences though. Apple has famously made mis-steps over the years with their OS, but still probably not as many as Windows.

For AI/Training it is nice to have CUDA that you can't get on Mac, but their chips are good for inference with their high memory bandwidth but raw operations per second is lagging for AI. I think they made the right call though as inference is more popular than training, and any training people are doing they do it on a cloud.

I'm looking forward to their new release of the next MacBook Pro model actually as it looks like they are finally getting OLED so I'm actually considering getting one. Going to have to see how good the NVIDIA Chip laptops coming out around the same time are though.
