@BitcoinGuy2016@GregTonoski Where is your line mining pools need to cross for you to support a PoW change? When they collude and force taxes on BTC holders and take your coins? When they increase the supply limit? When they increase transaction fees? Your node can’t stop 3 big mining pools colluding.

@MundokAdam Spamchain incentivizes spam over monetary use. Bitcoin Core did a great job of creating a spam storage network.
Use XBT if you want decentralized money that governments can’t control.
@TwhitNub101 It took you 3 weeks to finally implement datum and incentives to direct hashers to datum. It was only 3 weeks too late. A promise kept after a promised deadline is not a promise kept.
Good job pal on doing a bad job.
@TwhitNub101 Just implement datum and incentivize datum mining over stratum like Lazarus and all the other pools are doing. Get it done and people will start to believe you aren’t just a trolling shitcoiner.
@TwhitNub101 What about other miner tags being used and mining to the AlphaPool address? Like “CEO of Lukecoin” for example? Clearly alphapool has more hashrate than claimed and trying to hide it under different miner tags.
@TwhitNub101@SpectrGen You took your sweet time to implement datum, while whining. All they wanted you to do from day 1 was implement datum. In addition having a subsidy to incentivize datum over stratum v1 by having a larger fee on stratum and giving part of that to datum miners as a reward is great.
@BtMiners I ordered a BM-S3+ mid August. I was told they were not up to the quality standards and was offered an option to get two SC5 Pro II instead and a refund of the $1000 overage I paid. Still waiting on my refund after 14 business days… I emailed many times, still no refund.
@doctorcherokee@bighatclub@Rajatsoni@mattkratter So you don’t have an answer to the question?
Not surprised. Most on spam chain side can’t answer it, because they like their corporate fiat overlords like Saylor and Blackrock.
@JuiceBox_Miami@bighatclub@Rajatsoni@mattkratter The pleb nodes are meaningless. The only nodes that need to have consensus are the few big mining pools’, big exchanges’, and big corporations’ (like Blackrock) nodes. Your pleb node in your house has zero power over the network. That was proven on 8-8-26.
@TheFnAardvark@bighatclub@Rajatsoni@mattkratter So you do support PoW change to counter hostile mining pools? You are not unlike BIP110 people who also support PoW change to counter hostile mining pools. You just have a different red line. Don’t hate, appreciate.
@_PyBlock_@The_Log_9000@curly60e To confirm, port 5554 is the Chirp port? I am mining it right now. Just wanted to check if this is normal for stats to show 0 best ever. Is shows last share keeps updating frequently, but not much feedback on the pool site to know my work is being recorded.
@RobinSeyr Enjoy your mining pool cartel corporate centralized coin which is easily controlled by governments by regulating the 6 big mining pools. Congrats on your digital fiat. Saylor wants stable coins on top of bitcoin, why? Bitcoin was to destroy fiat, not become fiat.
@BlockStBoys A few small options would be nice.
Run on residential 120v
Try to make them quiet, and as cool as possible, unless it is intended to be a “heater” design with a thermostat.
Of course, price as low as possible and coin price plays a role
0.5Th $250
1Th $400
2Th $600
4Th $850
@awbitcoin@mattkratter BTC is just another stock now. It is centralized&controlled just like stock now. It’s okay if you want to be stuck in the fiat rat race, some of us want hard money that can’t be controlled and printed at the push of a button. BTC was supposed to beat fiat, but it joined fiat.
@HobbyistMiner@BlockStBoys You mean the real decentralized Bitcoin?
BTC is captured centralized crypto that has been proven to be controlled by a few mining pools and corporations. Easily controlled by the government whenever they want. BTC is now just like any other crypto.
@saylor Saylor is okay with CSAM on the Bitcoin network. It will be there forever, and he actively fought against people trying to stop CSAM being allowed on Bitcoin. He and the other people capturing Bitcoin for their own power and wealth like Blackrock can easily control mining pools
@RobinSeyr After 8-8, it is clear Bitcoin is centralized and no better than a shitcoin. Big mining pools control the whole thing and that means they can be manipulated by the wealthy and powerful or governments to control Bitcoin. 100,000 pleb nodes do nothing, 6 pool nodes control Bitcoin
@Bullcrapwork@oomahq@giacomozucco If neutrality is the value proposition, then 8-8-26 killed that value. Big mining pools can be manipulated by the wealthy and powerful. There goes neutrality. Bitcoin is centralized and that makes it no better than every shitcoin out there.
