So far this year we've had 40+ COVID patients require ECMO/lung bypass at @GSTT_ICU. These are the sickest patients across ICUs in the UK with an average age of 46. So far we've not had a single double vaccinated patient on ECMO. Vaccinations matter even if you're young/healthy
