@mattvanswol I’m sure if the justices were able to use their own beliefs it would have been overruled but they have to use the constitution. The constitution is pretty clear unfortunately. Itll need to be decided by the legislature and should.

One more thing… I’ve corrected Toby (publicly) on every point in this list before and brought the receipts. But he keeps lying. That tells you all you need to know how his regard (or lack thereof) for the truth.
