1. Your stadium is a tool shed, but that’s no fault of your own because Stamford Bridge would’ve been expanded upon had you not built on top of Fulham/Broadway
2. You sing about Spurs in your own pre-match song that’s not even Chelsea
3. Your stadium is a library outside of fans yelling racist nonsense to opposition players
@MooreRMCF Question to Madrid fans.. is there any reason Vini would already be out the door due to Mourinho coming in? Given, there were some heated exchanges with the Benfica/Madrid racism fiasco in the CL and Jose was very clearly on the other side and outspoken protecting Prestianni
You have to at some point. Arteta, will only progress in his managerial career by being in environments where he has to become a stronger more capable man manager. Less tactics and more culture and environment. He’s already proven he can do both to a certain extent, but can you tame and give license to roam for a true world class attacker. We’ll find out soon enough
@cagiago_ You even watch ball? Cooked our ass at the Emirates and made City midfield look like a joke in the match we eventually won the league. He ran the entire league where Bournemouth went undefeated the entire second half of the szn. Cmon Jay
Right, but no one is saying we haven’t spent plenty. There’s a giant difference between “spending plenty” & within your means & financial doping & a facade from incoming revenue. United have spent plenty, Liverpool have spent plenty (400m+ this last summer), Arsenal have spent plenty, & so have Spurs. They’ve all done it within their financial means and through real revenue, not state baked channels or dodgy workarounds.
I’m not sure what your point is..? being extremely close to breaking PSR to be more aggressive in hitting the next stage as a club is not even remotely similar to financial doping. We are working within our means based on our revenue. City have 115 charges against them many around financial doping. Chelsea have already admitted to cheating.
Are these similar.. no.
I try and have a neutral take on the matter because I’m not English, but I think one of the bigger issues no one is really talking about is how mediocre many of the people he left out were this season over the long-haul and even in the few camps they were part of. Maguire, is really the only one for me that should’ve been there over Burns. Outside of that, Foden and Palmer were utter shit all year. Having too many players on the bench that continuously become English media speculation where the cameras constantly pan to them & the question is asked on why they’re not playing, or questioning the manager is negative to the overall environment he wants to build. It makes a lot of sense why certain players aren’t there, if the goal is to have a squad in unison. Tuchel gets to control the narrative surrounding his squad & decisions.
@ChrisPi53289533@Matt5cott City & Chelsea obviously. Liverpool, Spurs, United, & Arsenal the only ones with any dignity in how you build a club from the ground up.
@thebottomcorna I would really a love a Santi, Cesc, Nasri, Ramsey type CM to come in during the window that offers more connectivity and fluidity between our 2nd and 3rd phase. I think Zubi has been run to the ground and midfield is where we will need legs come winter.
@Alscho1999@ErlingRoIe Of course it’s irony you dumb git, but you’d never see “legally sound manchester city” in the same sentence which is what all City fans insinuate. Funny seeing the biggest cheats in world footy talk about anything “legal”
Okay, so one club has 115 charges against them but apparently have done nothing wrong. The other doesn’t want to sell their best player to a rival club in La Liga and are being playful and memeding one of their biggest rivals.. but that’s a “legal disaster” for using twitter like GenZ. Right…..
