@libsoftiktok Events in public spaces are not “exclusive use”; the permits do not make the space a private. Permits only allow a large crowd &/or commercial business on public’s land. If was exclusive, the public’s police wouldn’t be the enforcement, the permittee would have to enforce.

The Native Americans practiced slavery along with everyone on every continent for thousands of years. Britain, France, and US ended it - you’re thankful, I know.
