@mercari_app Any way to report a specific Seller for excessively posting the same items? I keep reporting the items via "Other" as there's no other category that applies, but they keep reappearing. It's been months.
@SendGridSupport Also, having an account shut down without notice is one thing. But still allowing us to login, set up domain authentication, view logs, and even send mail via the API with no errors is ridiculous. With no way to re-activate, have to set up new account? But can't due to 2FA
@SendGridSupport I've already laid everything out in tweets. Not having other 2FA options is the biggest. We use 1Pass, and having to set up SMS for every account is ridiculous. Especially when your phone validation is broken.
@fabledbits @SendGridSupport @SendGrid Wouldn't be an issue if they'd allow other 2FA methods besides Authy and SMS. This is after they shut down the original account with no warning, despite us still being able to login, add domain authentication, view logs, etc. It still "processes" all email, just doesn't send them
@fabledbits @SendGridSupport @SendGrid I tried that after the first occurrence and had the client (we're being set up as a Teammate) send another invite. Same thing.
@SendGridSupport @fabledbits @SendGrid In addition, the support portal appears completely broken. "Trouble logging in?" issues/links take you to a login page instead of support, the "Tell us about your issue" search errors out, and "Open a Support Request" forms error out as well.
@SendGridSupport @fabledbits Same here. Registration is rejecting any and all phone numbers despite them all being valid. When will @SendGrid implement 2FA that doesn't require Authy or SMS?
@amazonfiretv I use the @plex app to stream media locally. Internet access should not be required for me to access this app. This has has been a frustrating issue for years since our ISP is crap. Please fix!
@AmazonHelp You're not reading me correctly. I'm not trying to stream over the internet, I'm trying to stream LOCALLY via @plex (my media server is located inside my house). All I need is for the Fire TV to let me open the app, not shut me out completely because my internet is down.
@AmazonHelp This is not a wifi connection issue, but an issue with the logic in how the Fire TV is programmed. If my outside internet is down, it should not stop me from accessing apps that don't require internet since I'd be streaming locally.
