@jeffkos @SouthwestAir Jeff couldn’t agree more. Haven’t spoken to a person who flys @SouthwestAir frequently who is happy about the decision. But was told by flight attendants on a recent trip that us “leisure” travelers don’t generate enough money. Was traveling for work this time but in jeans.

@SouthwestAir Maybe less about the open seating than the premium seats. I don’t think your frequent travelers realize how much better your legroom is than other airlines base seats. That will go away. So will have to pay more to get a similar experience. Losing comfort!

Highway 9 South through Silverthorne has been a mess all day. Taking 1 to 2 hours to get through town, normally it’s a 5 minute drive. With Berthoud Pass closed traffic from Winter Park and Steamboat is going into Silverthorne.
