I am not a game dev, but with the GTA 6 leaker now hinting at a "Return to Lucia" how could they have gotten such access to what appears to be a working PC build of the game if they were not an employee? I ask this because after the 2022 breach at Rockstar, it has been explained in other threads they beefed up security, the console dev kits do these security updates every 24 hours, and so the consensus seems to be this is an early pc build they have their hands on. The question, from your game dev perspective, how could they have done this?

@Natsecjeff Wouldn't be surprised if the leaker is internal. Rockstar notoriously over works its engineers and QA folks (even by gaming industry standards). And it's always crunch time (yet it takes 13 years to get this game out).
