@AmericanAir flight AA 473: you should have offered flights on other airlines hours ago. There’s still options for tomorrow morning with other airlines that customer service will not offer. Also still in line for a hotel room and it’s been 40 minutes! Tons of people behind me

@AmericanAir we got diverted to ABQ 3 hours ago. Customer service should have been researching hotels during that time. Been in line for my hotel reservation for 20 mins and they’ve gotten through 2 people

@AmericanAir LOL ok now we’re getting booked at a hotel and it’s taking about 15 mins for customer service to get through each flyer and give them a hotel booking. Only 2 agents for all of us.
