@GregAbbott_TX is this what you're hoping for, putting school vouchers into action? Less access to pub ed for people who wouldn't be able to use vouchers anyway because private ed costs way more than $8k. And yes, teachers out of jobs. Thus the decline of our economy. No bueno.

@GregAbbott_TX You know good and well that economically disadvantaged families aren't likely to get involved in the voucher system, so what you're hoping happens is to take away opportunities, and basically a future, for the ones who need our public schools ... right?

@GregAbbott_TX You hired a guy to run TEA who doesn't have a teaching cert, let alone real teaching experience, so I guess this type of ignorance from you isn't a surprise. As a parent AND teacher, I find you to be a much bigger threat than the hardworking teachers in our state. Pander much?

Or maybe if you provided better funding and resources to ALL schools, "school choice" wouldn't be an issue. It perhaps pandering if what you do best at opposed to actually being a leader for ALL Texans.

@GregAbbott_TX ... have you EVER applauded educators in TX? Just continuously attack the school system & the educators that keep it going. You tout bringing businesses to TX, but you won't claim anything good happening in our schools. You'd rather blame them than own your part.
