Being associated with someone like him will be a distraction come election time, and cost Democrats votes elsewhere, even if he eeks out ME.

In fact, the vast majority of those deaths were caused by civil wars started by Iran in their quest for regional influence. Iran loudly brags about the power of their proxy militias.
