I don't understand what kind of EXAMINATION is this? WHAT EXACTLY IS BEING PUT TO TEST?

● Is the capability of students to search for answers in 20 Books, for 10 questions, all in 3 hours, being put to test? How is this going to add value to overall capabilities of students?

● Who in today's time search for answers in books, flipping pages, that too within 15 minutes? IS THIS KIND OF ADVISORY BEING GIVEN TO CLIENTS BY CA in real life?

● CHAT Gpt and google are the most used tools to read about laws, formulas or audit procedures in today's time, ARE WE GOING AHEAD OR GOING BACKWARDS through these kind of examinations?

● What kind of CRITICAL THINKING can be developed through these kind of exams?

● WHEN exactly does a CA runs his mind on 7 DIFFERENT SUBJECTS, all at Once?

● Before introduction of this, elective paper was atleast out of a single subject, opening rooms for students to SPECIALIZE themselves in a certain field,

when 7 subjects are already put to test, what good will it bring to have an additional exam to test those 7 subjects?

● With piles of books lying in front, are CA students being tested to ORGANIZE their material in 3 hours or does it really tests their critical thinking?

I immensely thank @ECISVEEP for initiating steps to ensure fairness in the upcoming elections in Telangana.

However, I am surprised how Election Commission missed out Superintendent of Police, Asifabad-Komuram Bheem District! While I have nothing against him personally, but the manner he was brought in by abruptly transferring a tough officer, Mr Kalmeshwar, IPS at the behest of Sirpur MLA, Mr Konappa is raising a lot of eyebrows!

Police Officer or any officer for that matter in high position should not only maintain utmost integrity, but also appear transparent.

If the district SP goes to a private trust, (Koneru Konappa Trust) owned by MLA which is built on the government land subverting rules and felicitates MLA in public gaze and serves food there, what kind of neutrality can we expect in the elections? While MLA’s family is actively involved in illegal Satta(Matka) and other illegal activities not even one case was booked against the culprits so far despite complaints to local police, how can a common man gather strength to go to the police station? In fact, SC/ST prevention of Atrocities act was recklessly used against political opponents in this district, at the behest of MLA!

Three innocent student volunteers of Delhi University get kidnapped and thrashed by the MLA’s followers for no reason and it took almost 24 hours to register FIR in Kagaznagar Rural PS and I had to talk to three senior most IPS officers for that and police allowed the culprits to surrender after 72 hours! Most of the SHOs were appointed here after they produced the letters of endorsement of the sitting MLA! Can they be fair and neutral or will they show loyalty to their benefactor?

We are going to lodge formal complaint with CEO, Telangana and ECI to replace SP Asifabad with a neutral officer with immediate effect.

As per the RTI response, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has made a substantial payment of Rs. 18,88,800/- to Dr. Kumar Vishwas for his performance at the ICAI Annual Meet 2023, during which he made derogatory statements about the members of ICSI in general and a respected member of ICSI in particular. It is quite astounding that ICAI has incurred an expenditure of Rs. 5,47,85,709/- in organizing the All India Management Committee meet held on 13th & 14th March, 2023 at Mumbai. @MCA21India You nominate eight members to council. Whats their role ? Have they ever raised any question on any of the issue. Do you monitor their performance ?
