@xucong_zhan @EthosVentures @WildCat_io @dhh The problem is that you can't blame the language for your lack of experience. If something else works for you, great, use that and move on. 20 years and million cloc+ codebases with no issues, so the problem isn't Ruby. To each their own.

@xucong_zhan @EthosVentures @WildCat_io @dhh I've used ctags with Ruby projects that's are millions of lines of code with relatively no issues. Jetbrains is a great option if you are a professional and not too cheap to pay for a tool in your craft. Modern LSPs are available for Ruby so you have no point there.
