Hi Team, 

Its been more than 4 months, I haven’t received the remote. This is the worst service ever I have received from any product company.

The call centre is simply useless & they just give false hope that you will get a call within 24-48hrs & I am waiting

Worst service from flipkart,

Order phone on 8th Oct but didn’t deliver till 15 days & finally had to cancel the product & ordered again on 22nd oct & still its pending. Customer care executives are very rude & helpless.

@IRCTCofficial I had booked a flight ticket through irctc and same ticket was cancelled within 20 mins, as per new govt rule and airlines I should get full amount, instead of that I just got 1400 out of 6700. Your CC team said will get full amount but now they are refusing.

@HDFCBank_Cares I made a transaction through a merchant which got converted unto emi and i got a receipt for the same.But your bank and statement states that it didn’t got converted.Issue was raised through phone banking CS team and even email but no response.
