#1 thing I look for when hiring / partnership: a high agency

A high agency is a solid say -> do ratio. How often do you complete what you say you will do AND how fast.

Great way to differentiate someone who operates at a high level and someone who doesn’t.

3 years ago I met an individual who asked me for my email before we hung out. I asked him why and he said so he can block the time on mine and his calendar.

Keep in mind, this was just to hang out. And for a long time I never understood why. When I asked him in person, he said if it’s not on his calendar it doesn’t exist.

Fast forward to today, I don’t know what I would do without my calendar and task tracker. Most people just do notes and whiteboards but that’s only a step of the process.

Taking massive amounts of time to be a visionary lately and layout projects, tasks, and goals. Hit the white board for 2 hours yesterday and just spent another 2 hours taking what we mapped out and laying it into our company calendars with timelines on tasks.

With more BS on the market , genuine value/results shines brighter.

Your service/product becomes alienated from others.

The black sheep amongst ordinary.

So in this untrustworthy market, present your product as the black sheep.

Build golden fulfillment.

Build massive trust.

Build prove systems.

Bring genuine results.

And most importantly, be men/women of your word.
