Definitely eyes first if doing whole face. Easier to clean up without having to start over. The mascara/eyeliner/shadow ALWAYS ends up somewhere it shouldn’t

I had to leave at lunch yesterday. Thankfully the class that saw me get sick from what was likely a panic/anxiety attack handled the situation calmly and I had colleagues willing to cover the afternoon. Teachers are not OK. "Surviving" a job is not the passion I signed up for.

@heisereads Yesterday after my workout as I got ready tears welled up in my eyes. No control. The accompanying panic attack almost caused me to take a mental health day. It passed and I survived the day. We were not meant to have to “survive” our jobs. 😔
