Update: They arrested @bonifacemwangi along with Michael Ndungi, @Ngatia Kimathi, @shipetamathias & Tevin Gatheru and taken them to Kamkunji Police station. They are well and in high spirits. Waiting for the release of all those arrested today.

1. Ive had the same line since 2002, sure by now you have more than enough details to "Verify" me.
2. The problem is not with the customers but with the implementation in that:
2a. Mpesa agents still use a book to record
@Safaricom_Care@CA_Kenya 4. @Safaricom_Care don't you report defaulters to CRB which is enough to blacklist a Kenyan from loans. Then how is it that the same information is not enough for @CA_Kenya ?

2b. Agents to reregister, are those details removed from their devices including picture?
2c. What information are you planning to share between Safcom & CA
2d. Have you analysed new risk introduced in sharing same information?
