Nice thread from my cofellow @jlberrymd on an often under appreciated phenomenon. Anecdotally, I’ve caught a couple cases of ET when PLT>1,000 and obvious IDA that didn’t quite normalize after sufficient iron repletion. So much for parsimony. @FreedoBaggins@BID_CMRs
