@ShaunLintern Get serious about preventative health. Cut salt and sugar in processed food. It won’t make much difference now but will cost little and pay huge dividends in the long term.

@DrEilidhMaria Totally agree. In the private sector employers pay for training and exams and salaries are set at a market rate. Why should the NHS be different?
