@GCIMagazineGuy IMO it’s self imposed pressure. Many see the glamour shots posted of other clubs and feel pressured to replicate those conditions. We hardly ever see the struggles many sups are fighting. Some want the title that comes with the high end job. And some of us chase quality of life.
