@Orwellsphone2 @theMakarioz Correct in Brendlin was a SC decision; your interpretation is incorrect w/regards to this.Decision wasn’t passengers are detained but that evidence collected during unlawful stop can be suppressed, overturning Cali. ruling to contrary. States can also allow passengers to leave.

@RepJeffries How’s that harder to vote? You need photo ID for just about anything; I’d think that as important as it’s alleged that voting is, only want the registered person voting. There’s a list of registered voters, makes sense to have ID to prove you’re the registered person.
