@godsamazingift @CatHerdersWrath @thegabriel72 It does matter. A traffic stop is a seizure of the vehicle and everyone in the vehicle. He doesn’t necessarily have to ID himself unless he’s committing a violation like no seatbelt.
If he is moving around or reaching he’s put himself front and center of the stop.
