@easyjetluton flight arrived at Luton airport from Catania delayed and my parents at 14.55 were denied boarding. The stuff made them miss their connection to Edinburgh. My parents don’t speak English and stranded at @LDNLutonAirport . It’s disgraceful

@FASTWEB just received an email from Fastweb telling me I need to return the router, I stopped the contract a month ago and no one over the phone told me I had to return the router, why is that?! I don’t have the router anymore why do I have to be charged? SCAM

@askryanair bought a flight for this evening at 19.00 for my parents catania to Milan. The flight has been diverted, my parents can’t get to Trapani not even flying really! I’d like a full refund please as this is just impossible!
