@CubSmith@LanceMcAlister Apparently you don’t realize they are all playing positions they play in the minors and completely no up. Dunn played all 3. Steer was a 2B when he came up.
@bmaisch18@HustleHard602@TimDaniel518 Hunter would have replaced Williamson. Lodolo was hurt but again when they talked about the strength that was pre injury. Everyone knew Burns had great stuff. Originally Lowder was more of a lock at SP than Burns. They had a strong 5 on paper. Than the injuries hit
@HustleHard602@bmaisch18@TimDaniel518 In 2025 he was adequate. In 2024 he batted .210 with 4 home runs in 229 AB. So tell me how much of an all star he is…go back to the Diamondbacks since your such a die hard reds fan.
@bmaisch18@HustleHard602@TimDaniel518 Starting pitching was a strength until the injuries. Everyone saw Abbott and Lodolo taking steps back. I don’t think anyone say Singer fall apart as bad as he did and Lowder not getting it. With Hunter they have 2 number 1 starters
@HustleHard602@TimDaniel518 Last year is not this year. Last year Pagan was a stud and Friedl was a lead off hitter. Marte has yet to put together a full season. …this app is so dumb. And yes you don’t know ball…
@HustleHard602@TimDaniel518 Right but also Marte also isn’t hitting anyone including RH pitching. It’s basically like picking the tallest midget. Benson is the better defender
@HatPeck@LanceMcAlister Sal hasn’t been a disappointment. He’s a rookie that needs to adjust. But there are signs there. He is still on the ROY conversation. Suarez is hurt and still hurt IMO. His power numbers are
down. But he is hitting at the same clip he was hitting his entire career
@CincyFanJake It is June 4th one month and a couple days has passed. Which he pitched in 1 game in June. So yes a bad month and is trending the wrong direction. But facts are hard!lol
@CincyFanJake In April we was one of the best relievers in baseball. Apparently you were let paying attention. In April the Reds had one of the best pens statistically in the game. And then after Pagan got hurt they started declining. It’s been a month. In April he had a .231 era ba was .174
@CincyFanJake If you know ball your not going to DFA a MLB pitcher for a month of bad outings. Especially when there is no one to do the job. The reds don’t homegrow relievers. They haven’t had one really of quality since Antone, Sims, and Diaz for a year.
@HatPeck@LanceMcAlister Relief pitchers are bad. They have several very good position players..Bleday, Stewart, Steer, Suarez who is injured, Elly injured, Lowe, Catcher in league average…look around the whole mlb, They are deficient in the OF currently and 2B until they make a decision but bat only
