DON'T DO IT. I was there a year ago after years of hearing about Black's. Their BBQ is really bad. I suspect it was great once but I get BBQ brisket better than that in Central PA. Truly one of the great disappointments of my culinary life. The drive to Lockhart was classic N Texas, though. Beautiful.
