hello everyone.
my name is frank. i’m 23, based in abuja, nigeria, and i’ve been building my X account as a web3 product marketer and technical simplifier.
i got into web3 in 2022, but back then i was mostly trading with the little money i had. i didn’t really care about the technology at that time.
Then in 2024, i started researching the technology properly and realised that people were actually building careers around it.
at first, i wanted to become a software developer, but i didn’t have a good laptop that could handle the kind of coding i needed to learn.
so i started looking for another way i could become useful to a team I'm working with without needing to be a technical developer.
that’s when i started learning how to:
• design visuals
• write threads and articles
• simplify technical products
• build narratives around protocols
• market products in a way normal people can understand.
in Q4 2024, i lost my mom, and I decided to
move in with my uncle for a period of time to get back myself, and having that safety net gave me the time and space to put almost all my energy into the web3 industry.
So i started creating for protocols i admired, mostly for free.
i kept learning.
i kept creating on a daily basis, and kept putting my work out publicly .
along the way, i made some really cool friends here on X & Discord ,also created contents that got reposted by people like the CEO of Akash, the former CEO of Helium, lawyers, founders, and other top people in the space.
for the first time, i felt like i was actually being recognised.
earlier these year, things stopped working out at my uncle’s place, so i had to leave and move to another city.
i needed money to survive and, luckily I got a job at a japanese restaurant as a mixologist/barman.
the salary was around $80 a month
i didn’t take the job because it was my dream.
i took it because i needed food on my table while continuing to build my online presence on the side.
but I later realised the job takes almost everything from me.
i start work around 11am and close around 11pm.
i work about 26 days every month.
transport alone costs me around $2 every day.
after everything, i’m left with almost nothing.
i’ve been working for about 7 months, and i still can’t say i have $50 in savings.
and the hardest part isn’t even the money.
it’s what the job is doing to my creativity.
when i was living with my uncle, i could spend hours researching, designing, writing and learning.
now, after working 13 hours a day, i barely have the mental energy to create anything.
sometimes i genuinely feel like the creative person i spent years building is slowly disappearing.
every night, i keep asking myself:
“is this really what i signed up for?”
i know i’m capable of more.
i know how much work i’ve put into these skills.
i know the nights i stayed up learning.
i know the free work i did for protocols just to build proof that i could actually do this.
and i don’t want all of that to go to waste.
so i’m finally opening my mouth.
i’m looking for a remote role with a web3 or tech company where i can contribute as a product marketer, content strategist, researcher, visual storyteller, or community/product marketing person.
i’m not looking for some crazy salary right now.
i need an opportunity that gives me enough stability to leave my current job and get back the time and mental bandwidth to do what i’ve spent the last two years learning.
if you’re a founder, hiring manager, or someone building in web3 and you think my skillset could be useful to your team, please reach out.
i’m willing to learn.
i’m willing to work.
and i’m willing to prove myself.
this is probably the first time i’m revealing this much about myself on the internet.
they say a closed mouth doesn’t get fed.
so today, i decided to open mine instead of dying in silence.
Appreciate everyone who took the time to read this.
God bless 🙏.
i’ve attached some of my previous POW below.

I faked my CV to get my first creative strategist job.
I'd just been fired from a 9-to-5. Zero ad experience.
So I binged @TimpanoDante , borrowed his words, and bluffed my way into an e-com company.
Then I went all in on the test task.
That test task got me the job.
Today I make mid five figures a month as a boutique-agency owner.
My best ad spent around 300k.
I consistently hit ads that spend 10k a month, plus a lot of smaller profitable ones.
People ask me which course got me here.
RMBC2, Evolve? Some other copy-courses?
None.
I never watched a single copy course.
I read one copywriting book properly:
The Boron Letters.
I quit Breakthrough Advertising after 15 pages because it bored me.
They just never moved the needle for me.
Reps did.
I got trained by a CMO at a growth agency and the ceo of an well known german creative agency, who was the mentee of the cmo too.
They made me write everything myself.
Scripts, hooks, and VSLs especially. No AI.
I wrote 10 scripts a week.
I analyzed the data on every ad.
I wrote down a hypothesis for every test.
And I failed a lot.
Every bad script got me feedback, and feedback is what made me better.
My first 5-minute VSL took me 3 hours.
Today a really good unaware 7-8 minute VSL takes me about 30 minutes, research not included.
A good hook takes me 1 minute.
The people I'm training right now get stuck on hooks for 20m+.
The only difference between us is repetition.
So if you want to become a top 1% creative strategist, do this every day:
1 idea
1 piece of copy
1 ad breakdown
One focused hour.
Get up early. Cut the noise.
And don't let AI do your thinking.
Outsource the thinking that makes you money and you'll pay for it later in time and headaches.
Apply for creative strategist and copywriting roles.
Write a ton.
Get chiefed. Get punched in the gut.
Feedback comes from volume.
Do this for 3 to 6 months and you'll be ahead of almost everyone still watching courses.
Kevin out.
It's finally here: my new book 'Work With The Best' is AVAILABLE NOW (!!)
I'm 20 years old. Single. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I run a $1M/year creator business.
I spent the last 5 years apprenticing under the top online entrepreneurs (Tyler Denk, Noah Kagan, Alex Hormozi, Shelby Sapp).
And that's allowed me to build the life and business of my dreams at an early age.
A hill I'm willing to die on: one of the fastest ways to get the life you want is to help those who are currently living it.
I've learned soooo much working behind the scenes that I'm now applying to my own business.
If you've wondered how to write a cold email, get on powerful people's radar, build an insane network... you'll love this book.
It's my 'cookbook for creating opportunities'.
Enjoy!

How am I feeling? Thanks for asking.
Nervous. And surprisingly, calm. (Is that even possible?)
Nervous because I’ve poured my absolute heart and soul into this book and launch.
It’s the culmination of the last half decade of my life. All the lessons I learned working behind the scenes with entrepreneurs I admire, finding ways to stand out and create opportunities.
Calm because I’ve given this everything I have. No matter what happens with the rest of this launch, I can confidently look myself in the mirror and say, “I did my best.”
It’s a weird feeling. This book will likely be my last book for a while. It’s ending my chapter of “apprenticing under entrepreneurs.” I wanted to clarify and codify all the principles, tricks, and tactics to go from “on the outside” to on the inside.
The next season of my life will be very different. I’m building my own empire.
I don’t know exactly what will happen next. But I’m damn glad for all the love and support y’all have shown me.
Let’s keep going. ✊🏼

If your greatest flex is sobriety, you’re still at the starting line.
You stopped self-destructing...cool.
That's like being proud you brushed your teeth this morning.
Build something big.
