If your energy crashes after every meal…
Your mood’s all over the place…
You feel anxious and tense for no reason…
Your gut’s a mess…
And you get random migraines?
I did something cheap, easy, and simple that helped me get rid of these symptoms for good and might help you too.
Best part is that anyone can start doing this as soon as this week…
It’s not a supplement or medicine…
Most doctors don’t know about it…
And it is 100% natural.
Ok enough teasing… let’s get into it.
See, I was suffering from all those symptoms for 23 years…
At my worst I was getting random migraines on a weekly basis and I could barely function…
I would lose parts of my vision…
Get immense feelings of hopelessness…
Depression…
Anxiety…
My short-term memory was a mess
(I would forget important things like computer cables at hotels, my phone, where I put my passport… panic inducing shit)
This sucked especially hard considering I was starting my business at the time while juggling an internship…
Which is hard enough without feeling like you just came out of frontal lobotomy surgery.
So I went to the doctor…
We did a brain MRI and of course nothing came back…
He said “oh it’s just stress”...
Yea, sure bud.
So I did what anyone who doesn’t trust the medical system does…
And I went on Reddit lol…
(Yeah I was desperate)
Someone mentioned they’d always get migraines after drinking apple juice…
And they found this out through a food intolerance test.
So I went back to my doctor and asked if we could do one…
He reluctantly said…
“I don’t think it’ll help your migraines… but if you REALLY wanna do one we can…”
The results came back:
Eggs (RIP)
Beef (RIP)
Gluten (could care less)
Histamines (is in almost everything so very RIP)
But tbh when I saw the results I was happy…
Because I finally had another thing to try to get rid of these symptoms.
So I stopped eating these foods…
And within a matter of 2-3 days I had…
Stable energy (stopped needing midday naps which I ALWAYS needed before)
Stable (and WAY better) mood
Deeper sleep and it was easier to fall asleep
Way better focus, memory, mental clarity
Better skin (less rosacea, more even tone, more glowing)
And NO MORE MIGRAINES
I can’t overstate how much this stuff changed my life.
So if you have similar symptoms and you’ve tried everything to solve it but it didn’t work…
Just get a food intolerance test.
Worst case you find nothing and life goes on…
Medium case you find some intolerances, eat less stuff your body can’t process, and maybe feel a little better…
Best case you drastically change your life.
So go try it…
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Today I built a system to pump out 10 banger creative concept drafts per hour.
I think it can help me get to $2M/mo in ad spend behind my ads alone.
Once that happens, my clients will probably shower me with multiple-5-figure bonuses...
And you could do the same...
So I may reveal this ‘10 Ads/Hour System’ for a small fee once I hit 5K followers on X.
(Follow me if you want it)
Either way, just wanna let you know it's possible. Hope it inspires you.
Some of the 'Unrecognisable Challenge' participants who are visiting @matthewvolkwyn and me at the Scale House already had a chance to test-drive this system.
Results below.
I also attached results from OLD system, which already worked really well...
So just imagine how well my new system will work for him once he tries it.

“We’re looking for a Creative Strategist that’s ready to go FT/exclusive with us”...
…I get why brand owners say this - but it doesn’t actually work in your favor as a contractor…
I’ll explain why…
Plus I’ll give you an easy way to handle this objection by the end of this post…
So keep reading.
First off, as a contractor, you’ve built a business that relies on multiple clients…
Any of those clients could fire you at the drop of a hat for whatever reason they pull out of their ass that day with zero notice…
“But the contract mentioned a 14 day notice!!!”
Lol ok, so what are you gonna do, sue them?
It’s not worth the time, energy, and money you could spend on closing another client instead.
Point is...
They’re expecting exclusive loyalty for like $7-$10k/mo max (plus ad spend if you’re lucky) - as if you’re a W2 employee…
Without the benefits that come with being a W2 employee (health care, dental, severance package, etc.)
All while you could be making $30k-$50k+/mo with an extra client or two.
And once they decide to fire you, guess what?
Now you’re back at zero.
Stressed out of your mind scrambling to find that next client before your savings run out.
And if they keep you but treat you like shit…
Now you have no choice but to tolerate it because they're your only income source.
That’s why you ALWAYS have at least 2-3 clients…
So if one drops you, you still have enough income while you replace them…
And if they act like assholes you can fire them right away.
Now here's why you should NEVER agree to FT/exclusivity…
And I’ll frame it as an objection handle so you can use it next time you’re on a sales convo:
As soon as they ask “Are you willing to commit FT/exclusively with us?”...
You ask:
“Do you want me to be in Slack all day and reply to you within 2 seconds? Or do you want to reach $X/day?” (fill in with the spend they wanna hit)
They’ll say “Yea I want results”
Then you say “so why do you want me full time/exclusive?”
If they're smart they'll realize it doesn't make sense…
And you can close them and as many other clients as you can handle.
If they need a little more help understanding your position, just say:
“The way I’m going to get you to $X/day spend is by delivering [X NUMBER OF CONCEPTS YOU AGREED ON] every week and reviewing the editors’ work and approving it - nothing else will help me do that.
So whenever I’m doing anything other than getting you those deliverables, it means I’m not helping you scale.
I typically work with brands that give me the space to scale their ad account… instead of dragging me into Slack and calls all day.
Is that something you can accommodate?”
That’s it.
Just don’t go exclusive with anyone.
Most brands won't reward you for your 'loyalty'.
They'll just expect more for the same price.
Just deliver a great service, get your money, and get out when it’s no longer worth your time.

Most people who aren’t achieving success in Creative Strategy (or any realm of life) are skipping the most IMPORTANT step…
RECLAIMING YOUR BRAIN
Newsflash: you don’t have unlimited brain energy…
You only have so much you can afford to give away.
Most of you sell too much of your brains to your clients…
And leave nothing for your own dreams…
Thinking about that perfect text to send to the girl you like…
Family drama…
Shit food and bad sleep…
How on earth do you expect to become a successful Creative Strategist when your brain isn’t even yours?
You won’t…
So here’s 4 simple steps to reclaim your brain:
1. Dopaminemaxxing
Keep your screentime under an hour on stuff that doesn't move you closer to your goals.
(Zero is better)
And I’m not talking about random podcasts that make you feel productive because you’re “learning” Hormozi’s latest social media strategy…
Which, let’s be honest, you’ll NEVER implement.
It should be something you’re watching to solve a specific problem you’re facing right now (example: low CS deal flow)...
And that you will take action on immediately before you even finish the video (example: how to stand out on job applications).
And if you need entertainment I would recommend watching an artistically rich movie or inspiring documentary…
Or even just reading fiction before bed over frying your brain doom scrolling.
Those things enrich your mind and creativity…
Plus, it requires you to focus on one piece of media for an hour rather than scrolling from one context to the next every 2 seconds.
2. One thing at a time
You do the best work the fastest & easiest when you focus on one thing at a time.
If you’re constantly task switching you’re gonna burn out.
Why?
Because task switching burns more mental energy than the actual tasks you’re doing.
Also doing one thing at a time gives your brain time to recharge.
So when you’re in a taxi going somewhere, just do nothing for once.
Look outside the window… chat with the driver.
When you’re sitting down to write briefs, just do that.
Don’t pick up your phone to reply to leads every 5 minutes, or flirt with that girl you matched on Bumble (note to self lol).
3. Say NO more than you say YES
The more you say YES to things that distract you from your goals…
The more you say NO to achieving them.
The more you say NO to things that distract you from your goals…
The more you say YES to achieving them.
4. Cut the root cause
Cut off toxic friends…
Cut off that girl/boyfriend you should’ve broken up with months ago…
And yes… cut off toxic family members too.
Stop eating shit food.
Sleep better.
Address that food intolerance.
Address that vitamin deficiency.
It all drains your energy.
Don’t fucking let it.
Reclaim your brain.

A huge part of that is knowing how to use spy tools to find swipe-worthy ads fast.
I recently ran this as a private training for dozens of Creative Strategists inside @matthewvolkwyn's paid community, Copy Systems…
And today you're getting that same training for free.
It breaks down the exact filters I use…
Plus, which indicators I check to determine whether a swipe can help me crank out a winning ad…
Or whether it belongs in the trash…
So you can jUsT CoPy Me cUhhhh.
Follow these 2 steps to receive the training:
