Last month, my ads had $1.5M in spend behind them across my 9-figure D2C clients (proof in pics below)
A huge part of that is knowing how to use spy tools to find swipe-worthy ads fast.
I recently ran this as a private training for dozens of Creative Strategists inside @matthewvolkwyn's paid community, Copy Systems…
And today you're getting that same training for free.
It breaks down the exact filters I use…
Plus, which indicators I check to determine whether a swipe can help me crank out a winning ad…
Or whether it belongs in the trash…
So you can jUsT CoPy Me cUhhhh.
Follow these 2 steps to receive the training:
1. Follow, repost, like, and save this post
2. Comment “SPY”
And I’ll shoot it over

The secret of good writing is simplicity.
Strip every sentence down to what actually matters.
Count the words.
Cut the ones earning a free ride.
Then ask:
Can I say this in fewer words?
Cut the fat.
Keep the muscle. ✌️
One of the best quotes I’ve read this year.
“Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That is relativity.”
— Albert Einstein
I keep seeing people flex how many ads they can generate now, like volume was ever the hard part.
Making an ad used to take a budget, a shoot, an edit, and time.
Now it's a prompt. Anyone can crank out tons of them.
So volume stopped being the thing that separates anyone.
The hard part now is knowing which idea deserves real spend behind it. That never got automated.
Generating the creative got easy. Knowing which creative to trust with real spend never did.
We need food. We need clothes. We need shelter.
Why? Self-preservation.
We want to travel. We want adventures. We want to do what we love.
Why? Romance (romance isn't just about s9x.)
We want Netflix. We want books. We want comfort.
What makes all of it possible? Money
It’s more efficient for me to determine that something is not a priority than it is to automate something that’s not a priority.
