@tjjackson The late 2002/early 2003 leak of “Xscape” is my favorite MJ song, period. When it was released along side the updated 2014 version, it was clear they used an older, less dynamic mix. I always wonder if that was to make the updated version feel more necessary. I still feel a way.

@Peterican Robert Belfour got top artist because I listened to both of his albums a few times before deciding to purchase them. I wonder if I allowed for my library to sync, if it would update the calculations. I’m so curious, but ughhhh, it was a nightmare a decade ago.

@Peterican The only thing that feels accurate for my highlights is that Country Blues is my most listened to genre this year. That’s true for both my purchased music and streamed. The Memphis Minnie bit is accurate too. She was my gateway into country blues. I bought her boxsets last year.

@Peterican I still buy music and the bulk of my plays is from with I’ve purchased. I use Apple Music to explore. You can tell by how many plays are logged on the top song. “Atopos” was played more than the top 3 combined. I still wear that song out so most of my calculations are inaccurate.

@Peterican Our girl would have placed higher on mine if I had my library synced. When I tried Apple Music, synced with my library 9+ years ago, I couldn’t access the music I purchased. I JUST got Apple Music again this year and was weary of syncing due to that experience those years back.
