I have ordered a product which is not in correct size, requested to cancel the product but the return request is cancelled with no reason, multiple times called support but no proper support. @Flipkart @amazon

Checked with bus conductor and driver, they said they have already complained about the bus mechanic issue but no one took any action they have been pushed to go with this bus and make sure travelers get affected due to this #msrtc worst service

WORST SERVICE, BUS IS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE KATRAJ GHAT, checked with incharge, he will check the bus in depot. Pune to sangli it was 5.30 hours journey and now we have to sit for 8+ hours to complete the journey. Worst service.

@myntra I do not agree as first you agreed for exchange as attached in the pictures and second due to lockdown the exchange took time which I bared and I just wanted to change the address as I was suffering the lockdown too.but here was no response and I'm left with damaged product
