And a month later, it's the same run around. Customer service says to reach out to insurance, insurance says there's no claim #, and we've been through this process since November (5 months) where they passed us to 3 different insurance companies. @AmazonHelp has been no help at all, and your contracted drivers can take out our mailbox with no accountability. Hard to believe this is how customers are treated.
@amazon delivery driver took out our mailbox back in November and Amazon hasn't reimbursed us. They continue to pass us along to different insurance companies and each one claims they don't handle our type of claim. I've been an Amazon customer for over a decade...tens of thousands spent, and this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
@MichelleMaxwell I'm with you. I'm tired of having my voice silenced by lying, cheating, and stealing. Mail-in ballots should be banned except for military on deployment or travel outside of the country.
@AmazonHelp I accidentally left our email address off the first form and submitted a 2nd with our email address. Email is preferred so we can send all of the details...I included our phone number as well. Thank you
@AmazonHelp@amazon Hi Hailey - I would be happy to provide all details and timeline and copies of all correspondence with customer support and insurance
@JuliaEMcCoy AI is a tool, not a replacement for critical thinking. If you think outsourcing this to machines is the way forward, you just proved why many of us homeschool our children.
Lawrence is awesome! I discovered him too a few months ago. He's such a blessing! What a powerful message...thanks for sharing, Shelly! I needed this reminder today. God is so good and worthy of our praise in all situations. "Trust God's heart even when we csn't see His hand." ❤️
@ChadSlimeBased In the USA, only if it offsets capital gains...once your losses exceed capital gains, it's a max 3K write-off/reduction against your regular income.
Hey Sis, I love your inspiring words and you've really blessed my heart so much over this year. I'm praying for His blessing and miracle working power over you...I know He is such a good, good Father...and He loves you so deeply and completely. Psalms 139 comes to mind... Shelly, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Precious are His thoughts towards you. If you were to count them, they would number more than the grains of sand on the earth. That's 7.5 quintillion (7.5 x 10¹⁸) grains of sand. We can't comprehend or even understand with our limited human brains how deep and how wide His love is, and I just want to encourage you sis. I'm still praying everyday for a miracle and you and your family are on my heart. <3
