Truly i was appreciating #yesbank @YESBANK being the best bank for services you'll were providing, but now, since past one year at bank is truly worst, with n number of travel to bank for closure of my account has yet not happened. Customer satisfaction=0 for me #Tweet #retweet

Tell me is it justified? This is a 5th tweet within 1 1/2 month yet formalities still pending. Had no option than to tweet had the team taken equal importance in services to customers as well.

Am truly not at all satisfied with #YesBank they keep calling you again and again for some or either formalities. Lastly I had to pay for transactions not done entire last year and inspite of submitting cancellation of bank and demat account being nil. #Tweetoftheweek #retweet
