@Delta had a schedule change for my flight to Norway next week. They offered me the option to change the flight if the schedule change did not work for me. It does not work. They only want an additional 4000+ dollars to change my flight to one that will work. Way to go @delta

Over 3 million miles on @Delta & they won’t work with me to change my overseas flight next week to avoid being stuck overnight at JFK. My 10 people were stuck overnight at JFK on June 26 & 30 & Delta paid $0 for hotels, etc. No help in rebooking those flights.

Called Comcast/Xfinity to cancel my service. After being transferred to 3 different staff members & 1 hour & 22 minutes later, was told it isn't possible. Said it "might" be possible to cancel on Friday or Saturday! And they asked "why" I am cancelling my service. Really???

@Delta unbelievable bad service. 3+million miles and you decide to move my seat on the international flight and now moved me to the back of the plane in a MIDDLE seat on the connection! Split my family up for the flight as well. Not acceptable!

After 3 Million miles + of loyalty to @Delta, I am switching airlines. @Delta has raised their prices and decimated their Loyalty Program to the point there is no longer an incentive to fly @Delta!
