@DellCares Has @Dell been taken over by scammers? I sent my barely used 2-YO laptop in for WARRANTY REPAIR and they came back with an invoice for cosmetic damage. I asked for photos, then they gave me a new invoice saying "no, it's a battery issue." WTF?

@DellCares Have I been blacklisted from your support? I was lied to, then ghosted by a "Customer Care" person, so I submitted a new ticket. I heard nothing after 7 days, so I sent a new one. Seven more days and still haven't heard anything back.

@PhilipsNorelco I'm trying desperately to order replacement blades for my dad's razor and the checkout process is pure evil. It keeps telling me "Order can't be placed as taxes are not included in your order. Please correct your shipping address and resubmit your order." UGH!

@PhilipsNorelco I tried ~5 more times & finally got it to work. There's a glitch where the saved address doesn't save the state. I re-entered the info without saving it to the address book & it worked. There's another glitch where it asks for payment method even though it was already selected.
