Handwriting carries our soul in a way typed words never can. ✍️❤️

Today I opened my Pawpaw’s old Bible and got lost in his handwritten notes in the margins. The slanted letters, the underlined verses, the little thoughts crammed into the corners… it wasn’t just what he wrote. It was him.

For a moment, it felt like he was right there with me again.

That’s the quiet power of handwriting. It’s not just communication — it’s identity, memory, and legacy. In a world of perfect digital text, those imperfect, personal marks are what actually connect us across time.

We’re raising a generation that’s fluent in emojis and keyboards but may never leave a single handwritten letter behind. That’s a loss.

Handwriting belongs in our kids’ education. Not as an afterthought, as a vital way to leave a piece of their soul in the world. 📝

P.S. Yes, the irony of me typing this on a glowing rectangle to defend penmanship is not lost on me 😂 Just pretend it’s in beautiful cursive.
