@CesarDataTech @elonmusk @zerolongevity personally it varied for me. i started slow @ 13 hours, went to 20 hours & settled in @ 18-6 once i felt my weight was stable. i did NOT do keto - I literally eat and drink whatever i want in those 6 hours. it still works like a champ - keto supercharges it - but isn't required.
