I also started therapy January 28, 2023.

For men especially the stigma behind therapy is so thick I felt shame starting it.

Looking back I realized just how much that decision - no matter what “stigma” I tried to put behind then - saved my life.

It peeled back a LOT …

@WeAreWoke1776_3 This is very, VERY clearly altered. Simple “Change Color To” effect in Premiere.

You can zoom and see the gold logo is disappearing because the effect can’t grab it.
