My bag (tags VS919870 + DL265663) was loaded on BA490 LHR-BCN 22 Jan at 15:27. Virgin says it’s with you guys, and no one is replying to them - 5+ weeks missing! Let’s stop pointing the finger at eachother.

their customer service isn’t aware of their own internal policies! after encouraging me to pickup the bag at the airport, they message me saying they can’t confirm it’s there while i’min the car. they then said they’d reimburse the rides which they did not! @VirginAtlantic
