In 1995, Sandra Bullock became the first person in history to buy movie tickets online while promoting The Net, a thriller about identity theft and the internet years before most people had even used it.
Being in your early 40s is weird, man. People around your age are in every stage of life. You have people who are grandparents. You have people who have newborns. You have people dating 25-year-olds. You have people celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Some of them look 60, and some of them look 30. All the bases are covered when you are in your early 40s.
Signs that they're the right person:
-You like their natural scent
-You get sleepy around them
-Your hair grows faster
-You get sick less often
-You sleep more
-You love their voice physiognomy
-You love running errands with them
-Their presence calms your nervous system

Chronic stress is destroying your body faster than any disease.
Insomnia, brain fog, weight gain, and anxiety.
Here are 7 ways to dismantle chronic stress at the root (share this with someone you care about) 🧵
1. Walk without your phone or music (20 min)
I'm gonna die on this hill.
Charlie Kirk dies, people laugh and dance.
Rob Reiner dies, people laugh and dance.
Now Robert Muller died, Trump says he is glad he is dead.
Trump will die, people will be dancing and celebrating.
Biden will die, people will be dancing and celebrating.
Can we make it a thing where it's just morally wrong to celebrate death?
It's inappropriate, petty, vindictive and morally out of place.
We need to be better than this as a nation and a people.

Age 25-30 is the weirdest phase of life.
- Friends are getting married
- Someone is buying a new home
- Someone is still struggling to even begin
- Someone is earning well and "settled"
- Parents are getting older every year
- Responsibilities increase silently
- Comparison becomes unavoidable
- Nights are full of overthinking
- Dreams feel expensive
- Time feels faster
- You smile in public.
- You fight battles in silence.
- You question your worth at 2 AM.
- You're not lazy.
- You're not failing.
- You're just carrying too much alone.
- If you're in this phase please be gentle with yourself.
- You're trying. And that matters.
Are you also feeling this?
Ngl my biggest takeaway from dating and being in a long-term relationship is that the relationship your partner has with their parents particularly their mother will always run parallel to the relationship they have with you. Until they've done the necessary inner work, this dynamic will continue.
Most people will attribute it to him being a racist or a dumb ass or evil. And sure, all of that can be true but it was surely intentional imo. Ohhhhhh boy.

A person’s character is deep inside them. It has nothing to do with their status, image, or achievements.
Good character looks like:
• Living in alignment with values
• Being kind behind closed doors, not just charming in public
• Taking responsibility for mistakes
• Practicing compassion and empathy
• Being willing to reflect, repair, and grow
• Honesty and trustworthiness
