Dr. Nathan spent 27 years proving Nitric Oxide cures Alzheimer’s, controls erection, and slows aging.
On DAOC’s podcast, he revealed how it’s the “molecule of life” you body heart, and brain needs to survive:
1. Breath through your nose.
This biochemist exposed the habits that cut mortality risk by 50% and revealed a workout that makes your heart 20 years younger.
Here are 10 shocking revelations she shared that 99% of doctor won’t tell you:
1. Low Omega-3 levels are as deadly as smoking
There is one gut bacterium that appears almost exclusively in lean, metabolically healthy people.
You probably won't find it in the probiotic section of your supermarket.
But you can feed it.
Here is what the research shows about which foods actually grow it:
1 in 3 American adults now has metabolic syndrome.
Higher belly fat.
Higher triglycerides.
Higher blood pressure.
Higher fasting blood sugar.
The gut microbiome story behind it points to one specific bacterium.
It shows up in lean, metabolically healthy people.
It is depleted in obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease.
A 2024 study by researchers at Colorado State and Rutgers, looked at how to grow more of it.
In mice on a high-fat diet, the bacterium fell to low levels.
In the same animals, free radicals in the gut more than doubled.
Less of this beneficial bug. More free radicals. Tightly linked.
The researchers fed three antioxidants to lean mice for 14 days:
• Grape polyphenols (the colorful antioxidants in grape skins and seeds)
• Beta-carotene
• Vitamin C
Only one grew the bacterium meaningfully.
Grape polyphenols increased it by an average of 468 percent over baseline.
Vitamin C didn't move the needle.
Beta-carotene trended slightly upward, but the result was not statistically reliable.
Why?
Vitamin C and beta-carotene get absorbed quickly in the upper gut.
They never reach the colon in meaningful amounts.
Grape polyphenols are poorly absorbed in comparison.
They stay in the gut.
They mop up free radicals where they are produced.
They create the low-oxygen environment that this bacterium needs to grow.
The paper directly cites two foods on which this bug grows.
Grape polyphenols are the strongest in their own data. And cranberries, from the broader literature.
Other polyphenol-rich foods studied separately for similar gut effects:
pomegranate, wild blueberries, dark cocoa, green tea...
The pattern across polyphenol research is consistent.
The deeper the color, and the more tart the flavor, the more polyphenols the food carries.
Human trials with a direct version of this bacterium are showing improvements in insulin sensitivity and cholesterol markers in people with metabolic syndrome.
The fix for metabolic health starts in the gut.
The newest research keeps pointing back to the same answer.
Feed the right bacteria the right food.

Meet the woman Australia banned for teaching people how to heal themselves naturally.
Barbara O’Neill says your body was literally designed to heal — if you just give it the right conditions.
In this clip she drops the 5 worst foods for your immune system:
• Wheat
• Dairy
• Oats
• Peanuts
• Refined sugar
Remove all 5 for at least 2 months and watch chronic congestion, sinus issues, and inflammation disappear.
🌿 Plant-based foods like flaxseeds, chia seeds, and walnuts are naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help support the brain, heart, joints, and overall well-being.
Adding a variety of whole foods to your daily meals is one of the simplest ways to nourish the body naturally. ✨
Here’s Dr Zelenko teaching us how to treat Hantavirus back in 2022. This will be the most enlightening 2 minutes and 47 seconds of your life. Please listen carefully.
“You only have to rebound for one minute in the morning to get that lymphatic system activated for the whole day.”
— Barbara O’Neill
She explains that rebounding (even a gentle “health bounce”) opens every single gate in your lymphatic system when you jump and closes them when you land — acting like the body’s natural vacuum cleaner flushing out waste. It strengthens your calves (your “second heart”), improves balance, eyesight, and circulation with almost no joint impact.
The lymphatic system lacks a central pump like the heart and relies almost entirely on physical movement and muscle contractions to circulate lymph fluid and remove waste.
Most of us live sedentary lives with sluggish lymph flow, so waste can build up. A few minutes on a rebounder can help kickstart your body’s natural detox system every single day.
Many people report feeling noticeably lighter and more energized after regular rebounding sessions.
What about you — have you ever tried rebounding, or is this something you might look into?
It sounds too simple to be true, but adding a handful of nuts to your routine could be a lifesaver for your heart.
A massive study of over 60,000 people found a striking connection: people who eat nuts regularly have a significantly lower risk of atrial fibrillation (AFib), an irregular heart rhythm that can lead to strokes.
But the benefits don't stop at rhythm. Nut eaters also show a lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease in general.
Why does this work?
Nuts aren't just snacks; they’re tiny metabolic powerhouses. They’re packed with:
Healthy Fats: To lower inflammation.
Magnesium & Potassium: Essential minerals that act like a "tuning fork" for your heart’s electrical system.
Antioxidants: To protect your arteries from oxidative stress.
The Sweet Spot:
Aim for 3 or more servings per week. Whether it’s walnuts in your morning yogurt or a handful of almonds during your afternoon break.
Caveat: This was an observational study, so it needs to be confirmed by randomized clinical trials.

Bitter herbs such as dandelion root, milk thistle, and gentian are commonly used to support the liver. Their bitter compounds help stimulate bile production, which supports digestion and the body’s natural detox processes.
