@RBS_Help Yes, 4 or 5 times now. It was them who refunded me then decided they were taking the money back. Just poor customer service to be honest as I have no idea where I stand now

@RBS_Help fraud on my account at the weekend and had money refunded, rang today to run through the transactions and have been told that they will be taking the money back off me! Really unhappy after having my card stolen and now being over £100 out of pocket. Thanks for nothing
