@GeoarchLady @chrysharris @DrJamesBonsall I ended up in a hospital with a half face paralysis. I didn't have any symptoms before except some weariness. I had to stay there for a month for a full antibiotic therapy. I didn't see any tick biting me and this all was totally unexpected.

@GeoarchLady @DrJamesBonsall Sorry to hear that :( I've been diagnosed over 10 years ago and since then I encourage all my friends to check for it at least once a year after a season in the field. Hope you found out early and didn't get any serious symptoms.
