simplest piece of advice for new founders (and those that want to be):

1. charge from the get-go

2. don't postpone it until you shipped that one new feature

3. you'll have new excuses afterwards

4. charge more than you think/are comfortable

5. it's easier to find 1 customer paying $100, than 2 customer paying $50

6. revenue growth is the best metric in the world, far superior to engagement

7. unless you're zuck

8. you most likely aren't (i'm not, i realized)

9. revenue growth is the most motivating feeling

10. your roadmap will become focused and value-aligned

11. if a feature isn't driving revenue growth, you should be sure it'll do that indirectly (eg through increasing growth)

i made all those mistakes myself so you don't have to.
