It's also not a tornado or hail threat, and severe thunderstorms will only occur through downburst wind gusts. I will continue to monitor the situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below.

We are going to be dealing with quickly weakening storms as the sun will have set and an already iffy set up will continue to stabilize. With this being said, there most certainly is a severe weather threat on late Monday afternoon, but it's not a high probability threat.

For starters, this is not a setup for widespread severe weather to take place in SEPA, but some imbedded thunderstorms and severe thunderstorms are possible as a cold front moves through the region late Monday afternoon
