@TertiusIII @seanmack1025 I served on a grand jury many years ago. We never heard from the defense. It isn't a trial. The GJ hears evidence from the prosecutors and votes if there is enough to warrant charges. That is about it. Defense evidence would have been at trial, if there was one.
