@lizelle I tripped up reading B (first time seeing the word Knolly), so A. I like the creativity (and presumed offering) but bringing up mom also rubbed me the wrong way. “A knowledge engine that gets you. Knolly knows what you want to see.” Less creepy/personal but same message?
@MicrosoftTeams HELP!!! Make the schedule message/ping feature a button — not just an automatic suggestion with seemingly random logic on when to appear 😩
On the Grayson Waller publicity (all I’ve seen is one headline and his apology video) — it’s a clear attempt to capitalize on Taylor’s stardom and minimize her happiness/success
@googlemaps for Google Reviews, what if you made a “Feedback” option so if you have well meaning advice/perspective you can submit it to the restaurant privately..? Could be anonymous or named. Help businesses learn from their customers.
While leaving a Google Review it can auto suggest to “share as Feedback” instead. End the crazy/mean rants and help people mature a bit. Make disappointment more productive and opportunities more exciting.
@evanlapointe Love the line about compassion/ most data is about human behavior. I thought that because I wasn’t a “numbers” person, I would be bad at data analysis — but because I’m a “people” person, I’m great at data analysis.
@shreyas Yes! And while it’s becoming a cliche that’s why ‘storytelling’ is so important. The right idea presented the right way in front of the right people may not need any negotiation.
.@DoorDash For the rating text, I would specify the “experience.” Delivery experience? Order experience? Overall experience from reviewing the menu to getting your delivery? Overall experience from ease of ordering to quality of food?
