@Avis Avis Canada charged me $87.79 without reason or any contact although my retal was over more than a month and I paid all for that rental at that time.

@IHGOneRewards I checked in 4 hours ago for 4 nights at Intercontinental and the mini bar(refrigerator) is not working.
They added another refrigerator to my room, not fix it. The noise bothers me.
